23 Things for Professional Development - Thing 1
I've often talked at home about setting up a beer blog, it is just that we've been too busy drinking the stuff to write about it. When I came across 23 Things for Professional Development via a post on LIS-PUB-LIBS and saw that the very first thing was setting up a blog I thought now I've got a professional motivation to blog.
Having received constructive criticism that my evaulative statement was not reflective enough and was too public library focused, I've decided that participating in cpd23 and bogging about it would help develop reflective practice and allow me to become more professionally engaged with others.
I sometimes feel isolated in my work in inter library loans, - away from the customers and the only one in the organisation responsible for this area of wrok.
